Ankha comes in a perfect timing!

So... I built a camping zone for Julian, but instead of the camping zone he made a house. Later I went to a friend's town and Lobo was in boxes, so I decided to take him to my town! I TT one day, after going to the camping zone Lobo wasn't there! it was Ankha (Oh boy! that was lucky!)
Seriously, I was really lucky XD
Did something like this ever happened to anyone? I'm still surprised >.>
But then I TT again and Ankha dissapeared! Bad luck!

Oh, when you invite someone to move to your town they don't go to the tent, they plot a house. Is that what you mean?

A different villager shows up at the campsite randomly, it's not a permanent home for anyone. So when Julian moved in, he moved into his own house, not the campsite, and the same goes for Lobo. They both have homes, no one actually lives in the campsite.
Ankha disappeared because she was just a camper, not a permanent resident. You have to talk to the campers and ask them to move in to get them to stay.​

This clarifies things a lot, I couldn't quite figure out what was going on.

But yea, if Ankha was in the campsite, that's why she's not there the next day.

One day I was arranging to get Ankha from someone, and the same exact day Lucky came to my campsite. I quickly let him move in, so for a while I had Ankha and Lucky who lived right next to each other. I had to get Lucky go though, because he was in a bad spot and I was making an all cat town.
