Not sure if anyone's mentioned it yet, but Soul Eater. It's subbed, but it's my favorite anime of all time.

Couple others are... Reborn!, Blood+, Code Geass, Azumangah Daioh, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Bleach and Darker than Black.

That's not my whole list of course, but they're some I recommend.

Oh and I forgot FullMetal Alchemist.
