Animals crafting?

Hi I am wondering how you get your villagers to do DIY things I check in with mine everyday and they are never doing anything for me to get cards from them. Is there something in the game I need to do, that I am missing?

I think its just random. Whenever I see someone at their house I go in it real quick just to see if they're crafting anything!

Hmm... I find someone every day with a project for me, are you making sure to talk to them? I think they lose the option if they get lonely.

There's usually 1 villager crafting during some part of the day. Sometimes they take a break (or more) and get back to crafting later on. Other than that, it's pretty random and all you can do is check in on them every now and then.

So far, I've had up to 3 villagers crafting all at once in a single day.

Usually whenever you get on the game one villager will be crafting int their house!

I make it a daily habit to check every house when someone's inside. Once in the morning then once at night. I always have someone at the crafting table so I typically get 2 DIYs (most are repeats though).

I've found (at least in my game) that every session start there's always a villager working on a project
if I quit and re-start the game different time another villager will start working (but sametimes it's the same so let some time pass then restart again) in that way usually I've got at least 3 recipe per day never tried to go recipe from every villager but maybe it's possible?
