Animals asking to get a petition signed?

My villager, asked me to go to a different town and ask animals to sign it. it was for a snack cart or something. Should I do it? What do I get?

It's just another "Favor" they give you a random reward. Just like they'd give you if they asked for a bug or fish or to deliver something. I'd do it it's fun.

Their reward can be good! They might give a picture, chess pieces, rococo items etc. though you may want to reset to get the best item :3
