The ability to FLIP a path and have the others not flip.
that would save some people, like myself, 3 other pattern spaces.
Once a pattern is on the ground it shouldn't change! In my opinion... we should be able to put paths everywhere, then go to the able sisters, get a different pattern and not have to worry about all our hard work changing.

I feel like all those spaces we have for QR codes must be for clothes because, for me anyways, I'm not the kid of person to change my paths every other week.

Animal crossing woes.

I feel you. I can't use corner pieces for my main path because I need pattern spaces for a different path. Would be nice to be able to change them without messing anything up.

And for those few QR codes that have a top piece but not a bottom.. what the heck! I want the bottom piece too!

Yep, either that or more pattern slots. I just recently changed my town path because I was sick of how much space it took up, my mule character had all her space taken up with path patterns, and I still didn't have all the "pieces" needed. I shouldn't have to make two extra characters to have a nice path.

exactly! I have 2 extra characters and one is completely full and the other and 3 slots FOR ONE PATH! It's crazy. Hopefully if there is a next game the path system will be better

I feel you. For this reason I just went with a simple one-slot path. It might not be the prettiest, but it fits the theme, does the job and leaves me with space for cute clothing patterns.

I'm hoping for a better system in the next game, too.

Hopefully, in the next Animal Crossing they acknowledged this problem and we'll have about 16 pattern slots, haha.

This is the reason I stopped using paths. I hated only being able to use the simplest paths because I actually liked to use QR clothing for my mule character (her house had a theme). It also sucks for refurbishing furniture-- if you want to use different patterns in different rooms, it takes space away from clothing. :/

My path takes up 3 slots, but if I coulda I woulda had more. I just needed it for other things. I agree once you set it, it shouldn't change. The face cutout standee or whatever is called, you can set it and then if you change the slot, it doesn't change. So they could do it with the paths too. Same with customized furniture. I have a couple of customized furniture that now I'm stuck carrying their designs around, because if I change them, the furniture changes. That makes no sense to me. Why did they even do it that way? >.<

It is incredibly stupid. And what even more stupid, to me anyways, is that if this were a problem on like... an xbox or playstation we'd have some sort of patch... but nintendo never patches anything to change a game. Maybe they cant...? but i wouldn't think it'd be that hard...

That's why I only have a one pattern path. It takes up one space for my mayor, so I don't need a mule character and if I kick away my paths by accident, I can just fix them then.

Do you mind linking what path you have? Or did you make it? I couldn't find a single path I liked that was just single. :( Instead.. I have a 13 tile path. (It's ridiculous but it looks so pretty!)

This is why I only have my main path on my mayor. I kick them off all the time, accidentally and on purpose. I don't know how people deal with complicated paths with mules...that would be so painful to me.

Ugh, definitely feel your pain. I hate having to use multiple characters just to manage my paths. Being able to rotate patterns without messing everything up would be a lifesaver oh man.

I wish I wasn't so picky about things and could just use a single tile path pattern, but I've tried several and I'm just never happy with them T_T

i've battled with paths for too many hours of my life
i'm sticking to natural
/sigh/
