There's so many things I'd want for house upgrades, but I think most of them would never happen.
The more realistic want is that I'd love more rooms upstairs and a yard. It's kind of awkward to have 4 rooms on the ground floor and only one on the second floor.
Less realistic is that I'd like for there to be more freedom in terms of door and window placement. Maybe that's not totally unrealistic, but I just don't think it wouldn't be seen as something game changing that they'd want to implement.
I dunno, I just think the more ways there are to customize the better. Especially when it comes to having multiple players in a town; the houses can be more unique from one another.
