An error has occured? Online while saving.

So I'm trying to play with my friend, and I can connect to his town just fine, but when he tries to connect to mine it says someone is visiting and starts to save. It tries to save for about a minute then gives me an error. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Also, my friend can join my brother's town. Who's on the SAME ROUTER. But can't join mine. >.>
