Buying An art request for 300 BTB (Hipster Toad, lel)

Just making this along with my thread in the Museum, this might get more attention? who knows!
Here's a few things first.

-I accept Traditional and Digital art, but I'm less likely to accept Traditional art shamefully.
-I'll pay half when you start and pay the rest when you send me either a nearly done picture or the completed picture with a Watermark.
-I'm patient but please don't test it by being super slow without a legit reason.
-You must stick to the planned request, If you have ideas to throw in, please, speak to me first before adding them.
-I will accept freebies/gifts but I'd really prefer to make it worth you while instead of just a "thanks!"
-Post art examples please.
-While my thing says "Stick to the planned request" it will ask for custom things in general but I generally mean additional ideas that differ to what I mention.

Speaking of so, here's the request itself (It's just my post from my art request thread...)

Ayy now, this is a huge thread...Change?

I'm changing my requests on art to be based on Toad but wearing some hipsterish clothing...I can't exactly make pin-points but you know the whole Glasses, Scarf and cuppa Coffee thing so yeah.

Obviously willing to pay 300 BTB for said picture or possibly 20 Million Bells in-game, although it's alot easier to do BTB.

I've never had this drawn for me before so I can't really give references so that's where your artist freedom comes in.
Likewise, here's a reference of Toad.

Let me know what you think? Is my price too low? let me know if I should try to offer 400 BTB perhaps?

I can try out hipster toad. Will most likely do it traditionally, but I'm significantly better on paper! I've never known that I wanted to see Toad wear a hipster outfit while carrying Starbucks so much in my life.

Those exact colors would blend well with Toad I guess

Coffee thingy...most likey Starbucks inspired? Maybe call it Shroombucks instead and possibly change the lady to something Mario related? (Like Peach or any other important Mario female...heck...even Pauline for giggles!)
