What do you mean you do not have access to the normal "New Nintendo 3DS"? Is there some kind of requirement? I'm having trouble figuring out how to get it. I already got the WiiU but thank you for the offer.

You need to get those from Fortune Cookies, or the Design ones are from Amiibos.

I can't get them currently, since I don't have no play coins, nor any ACNL Main Cast Amiibos '^^
