Hello, I understand the amiibo cards to let you scan villagers had stopped being made and as such were costly to obtain via eBay etc

However series 2 and 3 seem to be back in stock on the Nintendo UK website. Priced at £3.49 for a random 3 card pack.

Hopefully this helps some folks have a chance of getting who they want cheaper :)

Sorry if this gave false hope to anyone! :(

However I would surely assume this is the start of a planned rollout to all regions, Nintendo wouldn't want to miss out on the much larger customer bases of US and Aus... We are tiny in the UK :)

And even if not, at least with new cards entering circulation it may bring the resale prices down?

Didn't the original packs contain 6 cards, or am I mistaken? Regardless, good luck to whomever buys them, and happy dreamy hunting!

Nice of you to post for all of the fans across the pond not here in the USA :)

Nice to see - I keep checking back for 1 and 4 every so often. I can dream.

I hope they consider doing reprints of the Welcome Amiibo ones, too.

The US packs contain 6 cards, here in the UK (and presumably the rest of Europe, and also Japan I believe) we were cursed with 3 per pack - a real tragedy in my opinion, considering one was always "special" so we were stuck getting two actual villagers at a time. Painful, expensive times...

Good luck to all the Brits buying them! And please keep your fingers crossed for the rest of us that they'll start rolling out the reprints in other regions as well!

Us Americans truly are gluttonous in every sense of the word.

Magic, Pokémon, Baseball, etc all come in larger packs. Having a pack of 3 cards is a waste of plastic wrapping material and also a disappointment to buy. I'm actually surprised to hear that other regions get 3 packs, because I felt like even 6 was too few.

I didn't realise the US got 6-packs! What a rip off! That's exactly why I started buying the cards individually when Welcome Amiibo came out cause it was so much cheaper than buying packs to search for my favourite villagers when you only got essentially 2 cards for £3-£4

Thanks so much for letting us all know! Really grateful to you as I'd been looking for some everywhere and wasn't keen on paying the £20+ I've been seeing on eBay! I managed to snag myself a few packs of each :)
