Am I the only person who cannot connect w/ snooty villagers?

I've gone thru a lot of snooty villagers simply because I just cannot get myself to like them. I've had Pecan the snooty squirrel for a long time now. I talk to her everyday and I still don't really care for her. I'm mainly keeping her for PWP suggestions but she has not suggested a single thing. I actually think she's a pretty villager but I guess it's just the snooty personality that I really don't care for. Hm.

Weird thing is, I randomly got Octavian the cranky octopus for the sole purpose of PWP suggestions but I gradually became to really like him.

yeah, im not really a huge fan of the snooty villagers.

i had diana for a while, and while shes a very beautiful deer, i just couldnt get attached to her and lost interest in her quickly.

I really struggled with snooty villagers....I've got Diana now and she's by far my favourite. I had Whitney for a while, twice in fact, but both times I decided to let her go. I find Diana to be very cute as well as elegant and one of the most appealing snooty villagers by far. Wouldn't let her go as I know I wouldn't find another snooty who I would like as much.
Although i did try Francine, she was only with me for a short while and I found her quite sweet.

Try to get someone you really like, that helps to tolerate any personality. Or just wait till she unlock all the pwps and get another villager of a different personality.

Snooties are my favourite personality. I just find them so interesting, they have many cool things to say. When they start talking about how they used to be actresses or singers, but then retired and are now living with amazing friends... Aw

It's hard to connect with them at first, but if you befriend them they act super motherly, more than uchis ever will.

Diana, despite being a snooty, is my best friend. She always comes over, spams my mailbox, she organised my birthday party and I have 6 pictures of her. She even gives me medicine when I get stung by bees.

I think once you spent some time with snooty villagers they are very friendly and caring towards the player. I can understand that some people do not like the personality because they give you a lot of lectures and use large vocabulary, trying to sound more sophisticated than other villagers. But that is what I appreciate about them. In my opinion they are one of the more mature personalities in ACNL.

For me actually depends on the animal itself
In my town of purely I have 4 snooty but I love them
While example like Diana I will know I don't like her because ... I just don't :/
So it's actually depending on the animals too

I LOVE snooty villagers, they're one of my favourite personalities. At first they might seem disconnected but once you befriend them they're extremely caring.

I had the same problem with Blaire, I kept her around for a while because her design was cute but eventually she started to just get on my nerves so I let her move.

I personally have no issue connecting with snooties, they are all very wonderful, but if you don't like them so much, then once you have the PWPs you want, there is no harm in skipping a certain personality and getting another personality double.

I didn't really like the snooty villagers when I first started playing ACNL.I had Robin,Soleil and Diana at the time and they were just okay,but after that I got a string of snooties I really likedecan,Tipper,Claudia,Yuka and Pancetti.I think with some of the personalities in this game you have to try out a few different villagers to find the ones you like.

Aww, I'm sorry you can't bring yourself to like them.

I the type of AC player that gets attached to a villager/villager species before letting them be a long-term resident/dreamie. Just give it time, explore the snooty villagers, and pick the one that tickles your fancy. Like WaterNinja9 said, once you befriend them, they are really loving and will take to you like a son/daughter. One of the main examples is them giving you medicine for your bee sting if you are close enough to them! <3

As most of you know, Astrid is my favorite snooty and one of my absolute favorite villagers! <3
It might just be me and the fact that she is a kangaroo, but I find her extremely motherly. If you haven't had her yet and you like bright-colored villagers, you should try to get ahold of her somehow.
