Oh, yeah, that's all you needed to do. I thought that you meant that you hadn't even updated your system to have the eShop, therefore you wouldn't have been able to connect to it. But you should be fine if you've already been to the eShop before.I just didn't think you needed the new update, I thought you only needed to have connected to the eshop. I'm going to email nintendo, good god I hope they make me apart of it.
And obviously he/she didn't bother to read it..If you bothered to read the thread you would know this problem/question has been resolved.
Provided you have downloaded the eShop and connected to it at least once, you should be as that's exactly what was required and that's exactly what I have done as well.I didn't get the latest system update until today. But I bought my 3DS on launch day. Am I still an Ambassador? *crosses fingers*
