Alternate character - grocery store or supermarket?

Planning on making an alternate character as one of the two but not sure as to which (and I want to name the character either "grocery store" or "supermarket" so I need ti make my mind up haha). Do we even say "grocery store" in the uk? And whay exactly is the difference? I'd like to do the main room with the 7/11 set (which I have but need wifi to transfer to this game ugh) and maybe a little tearoom upstairs and a toilet downstairs and stuff... does this sound more like a grocery store or supermarket? Please help me, thank you!

Also if you have any screenshots or your grocery stores/supermarkets, I'd love to see them! Unfortunately I can't visit other towns without wifi


Edit: and now I'm having the crisis of what to call the character, seeing as I forgot about the 8 character name limit... I want to call it like "shop" or something because ive already done hotel that way. But shop isnt really specific enough... just "food" maybe? Ugh I don't know creative input is very welcome

When I think of grocery store I think of my tiny cheap stores. When I think of supermarket I think of a big huge store with more things and better items. But that's just me.
