Almost three months of work...

This thread's kinda got two topics, lol.

First off, just wanted to share my personal three months worth of work on my hybrids. I wanted my area around my house to have a little hybrid garden that has one pair of each hybrid in the game and its coming along really well almost three months later. I'm likely going to make a second one of these outside my museum, kinda like a little museum garden or something.

I'm currently missing blue roses, blue windflowers, black roses (surprisingly) purple hyacinth, orange hyacinths and pink mums. I don't have purple roses here because they're currently being used for blue roses.

Also, this is without having people from other islands visit and watering them outside a few random visits from a friend now and then!

And that kinda leads into the second part of this thread...

Do you have anything special you'd like to show from your almost three months (or more if you time travelled lol) of work?


P.S. No I do not wish to buy any hybrids

In response to your second question: I don't really care how my island looks, but I've amassed a fairly hefty collection of DIYs and I have a very nice campsite.

To be honest I don't really care about how my island looks. I just try my best for it to look at least appealing. As long as it doesn't look completely horrible, it's fine for me! Though I did work a lot on planting flowers. Like a lot.

and other then getting all the hybrids, I also just love flower fields in general, it's so pretty <3
for my island I just want to create a fun place with a cute vibe, irl me is more minimalistic but AC me loooves pink, pastel and cuteness!

How did you get the purple windflowers without getting blue windflowers first? Island pinks or did you get them by accident?

that looks great! i haven’t focused on hybrids much but i think the thing i’m most proud of is my 5 star rating - this is the first time i’ve ever had a perfect town and so i’m really proud of achieving it aha

in the over 2 months i've had the game, i've had about 30 different villagers on my island, 4 bridges, and a few relocations. i still haven't even gotten all the rooms in my home yet lmfao

I'm working on a bit of a rainbow field rn so I have at least one of every flower (with the exception of a the red windflowers, because I just don't like them lol) and am working on cloning more green mums as I have to fill my whole green row with them haha

How did you get the purple windflowers without getting blue windflowers first? Island pinks or did you get them by accident?

Because I am a dumbo who accidentally trashed his blue ones and forgot about them until a couple days ago lol
