I was wondering if there was a list of town layouts so I could choose one for my 2nd town. So is there or not?

There are more than 100 different town layouts. You'll never see the exact same one because they all have different grass patterns, town halls, train station colors, ponds, rocks, and rivers. You'll just have to keep resetting until you see one you like.
