some mornings i'll wake up and either my leg or arm will be asleep.

usually my arm though bc i'd of been sleeping on it, and i'll wake up to it being numb and all tingly and just ugh such an unpleasant feeling ;-;

i've never been able to be face down, otherwise i cant breathe properly and i start panicking rip me


i honestly find it hard to sleep in any other position thats not on my right side...sometimes i can fall asleep on my left side, or even on my back, but its rare

that's hasn't happened to me. When I was much younger, I'd have half of my body on the bed and other on the floor. idk how I made that comfortable hah
