Could you explain this U value in the IV. I just spent almost 20 minutes trying to find an explantion in a English on google to no avail. Is this a 0 in a stat, a 30, I have no clue. I understand how hidden power works just not your short hand.

usually i (or all Chinese and HongKong player) say V is 31, U is 30.. So 4V1U= 4 of 31 and 1 of 30..
