I read that there's times where there's no possible way to trade with certain people. maybe the person changed their router settings?

we briefly traded earlier (they finally got in after the 3rd try) but we got disconnected after a bit and the trade didn't finish. i'm going to try going to their town later to finish it up since mine wasn't working
