Advice on Bird-Themed Town?

[Story]

So my current town is designed to be bird themed only; well not just birds, but eagle, ostrich, penguin, chicken and duck villagers as well. But here's the puzzle; I'm having a hard time sorting them all out expect for my a few of my dreamies (in red).
I would like to have one of each personality type and at least one of each species of bird.

The design of the villager is important to me, the more the villager looks like a real life bird, the better.
Here's what I have so far:

Cranky - Frank and Hopper
Lazy - ?
Jock - ?
Smug - Tex

Snooty - ?
Normal - Molly and Gladys
Peppy - Flora
Uchi - ?

Total Species:
Eagle: 1
Ostrich: 1
Penguin: 1
Chicken: 0
Duck: 1

I think Blanche is one of the prettiest snooties, and def. one of the prettiest ostriches, so maybe consider her?
and for your uchi, maybe Phoebe? I mean she doesn't look like a real... bird... per say, but she does look like a phoenix haha

What about Blanche for your snooty? She's a pretty white ostrich ( some folks have said that they think she's a crane, too.) Anyway, I think she has a really lovely design.

The only uchi bird I believe is PHoebe the ostrich. She's meant to look like an phoenix, which I know you may not like, but I don't think there is anyone else. :x Smugs include Phil the ostrich and Lucha the bird, I personally prefer Phil but it's your call.

Apollo would be a good cranky, he's designed to look like a bald eagle.

It's funny I was so close trading Blanche for Maple either today, she is quote pretty. She reminds me of a Siberian Crane.

As for Phoebe, I thought instead of her maybe Flo? But then maybe I'd have too many Penguins? I know I really want Tex and Hopper.

Flo is also a Uchi bird. ^^' Its nice to have an alternative though.

My favorite Smug so far is Tex. I meant to mention him earlier as he's also a dreamie of mine. He's designed to look just like a Magellanic Penguin.
And I love Apollo. x-x But I love Hopper and Frank just as much. There are too many good bird crankies. :/

How about Jitters for a jock? He looks like a hummingbird, and he likes soccer, so from what you seem to want se looks like a perfect option.

Yea, I first saw Blanche in my campsite (one of my first campers!!) and I thought she was soooo pretty, I was so sad that I couldn't get her because I had Biff in boxes and no one wanted him lol sob

but then I got her later and ahhh she was really gorgeous!! Unfortunately I eventually let her go because I had no peppies/uchis

and it's too bad they got rid of some of the villagers from older games! There was a peacock villager, and I really love Ketchup the duck lol;;;;

Blanche is a good choice for a snooty. As others have mentioned, she does look like a crane and her overall design is lovely.

It's a tough call on uchis though, seeing as there are only Flo and Phoebe.

HEY! I'm making my main town a bird town too! But not bird-themed though.

Chiming in, would Avery be a good eagle? He looks like some time of eagle, but I don't what he looks like irl. For your lazy, I'm guessing Benedict would make a good chicken. I'm not really good at describing, but I know he is def a chubby chicken.

I'm recommending Sparro for jock. I have him in my town, and I LOVE him. He's cute, he's hilarious, and he's a fun guy to have around. I've actually had pet birds (a pigeon and a few cockatiels) IRL, and so I have a love of birds. And when I look at Sparro, he looks very real and birdlike to me. Your town sounds like it's gonna be really cute. ;D
