Advice Needed for a Theme and Dreamie List

Hi all! So I'm participating in the OYC and I've been trying to come up with a theme and dreamies to work towards prior to starting my game up again. I've come up with three lists of dreamies - all of which could be paired with a specific theme. The lists are as follows:

I would love some help choosing a list and a theme to go with it! Some ideas are, for example, with a full squirrel town I could create a forest-y town with rustic themes. With a cat town I could create a more mysterious, aloof feeling town. With a complete mix, I could really do anything; some ideas I have are a darker town, more night-themed as I myself am a bit of a night owl.

EXTRA NOTES:
- For every dreamie list I want an equal ratio of male:female (i.e. 5 of each), plus at least one of each personality (P.S, there is no smug cat villager)
- For the 'COMPLETE MIX' list, I would like 1 of each personality, 5 of each gender and preferably only 1 of any given villager species as well as varying names (i.e. not loads of names beginning with "A" - just a personal preference).
- As for the extra spaces on the 'COMPLETE MIX' list, those are for an extra villager - any species, any personality. I reserved them for the extra villagers I put in (i.e. I put 3 peppy villagers to choose).
- Where I put multiple names by a personality, it's just giving some options on which to choose. Also, 1 of those for each gender with probably end up in the extra space.

I would go with a mixed town just cause having all of one villager type can get stale imo. As for themes, I know forest towns are super popular right now (I'm currently working on a couple myself), or you could do a super modern town with roads. I have five towns and some themes I went with were a fairytale garden village, a modern port-town, a rural autumn zen village/bamboo forest, a Christmas forest, and a tropical/enchanted fairy forest. All of my dream villagers for each town are in my signature. You could also base it on a season. Two of my towns are more spring oriented, one is autumn, one more summer, and one very obviously winter.
