Advice For Villager Personalities

So hi.
I need help deciding what types I should have in my town and what is okay to not have.

Right now, I have
Peanut - Peppy
Phoebe - Uchi
Maple - Normal
Jay - Jock
Dizzy - Lazy
Walker - Lazy
Tipper - Snooty
Eugene - Smug
Wolfgang - Cranky
Truffles - Peppy

As you can see, I have two lazies and two peppy villagers. I'm giving Walker and Wolfgang away, and I might be giving Dizzy to someone who's important, so then I'd have no lazies and no cranky villagers. I did ask before for some cranky villager recommendations and I'm looking at:

Fang
Chief
Tom

but I have no lazies in mind.

I am getting Hamlet (Jock), Carmen (Peppy), and another cranky. So I need to ask, do I really need a lazy in my town?

As soon as my dream town is done, I'll have

3 Peppy Villagers (oh God)
2 Jock Villagers
1 Snooty
1 Smug
1 Cranky
1 Normal
1 Uchi
0 Lazy

What should I do? I'm keeping all the peppy, the uchi, and the normal. Do I need a lazy? Do you suggest I get rid of Jay? Should I get rid of Tipper?

I'm sorry if this looks confusing, but I'm just curious on what I should do...

did you already give wolfgang away? because i would like him. also, i think it's recommended to have at least one of each type of villager because depending on each personality, they ask for different public works projects.

You don't need a lazy in your town. It's up to you if you want one.

I've two lazy villagers in my main town (Filbert and Beau) and one in my second town (Stitches) I adore all of them.

You don't need them but they are totally adorable. My lazy villager is Pudge.. he is cute as a frigging button with cute syrup poured all over it and stuffed with cute stuffing.

i personally like to have one of each just for some extra dialogue, even though the variety of dialogue in this game is pretty big without some villager personalities

at the moment i don't have any jock villagers, and i'll soon have 3 edit- 4(!!) crankies ha

This is the same thing I'm currently contemplating for my dream town...I definitely want certain villagers, but it leaves me with one personality with no villagers, and it'd have to be Peppy or Jock. If anyone's curious, this will be how it goes:

3 Snooty Villagers (Whitney, Bree, Mathilda)
2 Normal Villagers (Daisy and Vesta)
1 Peppy Villager (Peanut or Cookie)
1 Uchi Villager (Deirdre)
1 Lazy Villager (Dizzy)
1 Jock Villager (Sterling or Tank)
1 Cranky Villager (Fang or Apollo)
1 Smug Villager (Marshal or Zell)

I'm eventually going to decide which villager I want on the "or" ones, but the hard part is deciding which personality to cut. Also, you have Dizzy. Q_O Ah, well, I'll eventually get him.

My current favorite lazy is Alfonso, he's so cute and I love him!
Lazies are my favorite villager type, Beau/Erik are really cute deer ones.
