Buying Adoptables/OCs

So basically I can't draw (Or I lost my drawing skills a looong time ago) and I need some OCs. But I'm broke, I'd probably only be able to get one but then I'd end up with no TBT at all.
I don't care what you sell me, I need something (Maaybe for.. Freee?)
But just don't get mad at me if I say something extremely stupid, that's just what I'm supposed to do. Just tell me things along the way, so I get the hang of it
Also tell me what websites or apps to use because I'm a computer idiot.
