So this thread is for all the graphic designers out there.

I've had Adobe's Creative Suite 4 for a few years now and it's worked perfectly until recent. I've upgraded to a computer with a much higher resolution screen and CS4 doesn't support it, it looks very pixelated and makes it almost impossible to work with.

I'm looking to invest in the latest Creative Suite but I am faced with the choice of deciding between Creative Suite (perpetual licensing) and Creative Cloud (monthly fee). I was hoping that I could get some feedback from those with either services.

Maybe someone can tell me the pros and cons of either choice? Please help me out if you can~

Also I hope this is in the right sub-forum.

My suggestion is to stick with Creative Suite as long as possible. There's absolutely no reason to give in to the subscription model of Creative Cloud when CS6 is forever yours. As far as I'm aware, there's no real bonus features in Creative Cloud, at least not any that would make the change to a subscription worthwhile.

The only way I would ever upgrade to Creative Cloud is if I was forced to, like PSDs suddenly stopped being backwards compatible or something.
