Add A Member's Twitter/Tumblr to Share ACNL Pictures

Not sure what the rules are on this. But I feel like it would be awesome if we all followed each other, etc and shared our stories and moments that way instead of going through the thread above. Plus it's a different outlet and can be nice for us.
