Since so many people want to join, you should probably set it up in groups.
Every group would need one person to host or you could just have one person host and stay in all groups.
So if you have yourself, the host, then 2 extra people to go and play the game.
You could have short games each time (No hiding in builings, main street, or beach) or long games (hide anywhere)
Sorry if I'm bothering you, just trying to think of ways that no one would be confused trying to figure out where to go. I would find someone to host these first though!

Ah no you're not bothering me! I agree, it would have to have a host in each group (possibly the town owner) who would say rules and all that.
The glow sticks would be at the train station and the winner would get a special prize.
Idk that's just an idea.
