ACNL challenges??

ACNL is a pretty popular game with a large fanbase, I wonder why the fans haven't tried making challenges similar to those fanmade challenges in pokemon games? I really believe it's possible with this game
oh the only challenge I've seen was the "one year challenge" which is basically playing the game the way it's supposed to XD

what do you guys think? I probably should invent something and I would be happy to try some ideas

Come up with some ideas, yeah! I've seen the one year challenge type threads but nothing else. I'm not sure what other kinds of challenges would even entail. No ordinances? No TTing? No PWPs? Only specific kinds of PWPs? All villagers with the same personality type? No upgrading your house?

...That sounds like a headache to me actually.

Maybe seeing if you can decorate every villager's house with the exact same items?

AC:GC has a speedrun community, and the categories include All Debts Paid Off, Golden Rod {catch all fish}, and Golden Net {catch all bugs}. I'm sure the Golden categories would be possible in NL -- just slower, since you'd have to unlock the island.

I was thinking how AwesomeGamesDoneQuick would speedrun Animal Crossing. I thought it would be impossible.

I really want to try those glitches, but that would mean setting up my Wii, which is just a hassle for me.

hmm from the comments it seems like there really are no fanmade challenges for this game :/
maybe we could change that and invent some! XD

I actually just made one: keep a villager until you get their picture and after that you should make them leave so you could do the same with the villager coming after them. in fact I'm probably gonna try this out in my new town
