ACNH Companion Guide

So, I ordered the guide off of Amazon in early March and have not received my copy yet. I know on their website that they were having some delays due to Covid 19 which is understandable ( I also believe that they didn’t anticipate how well the game would sell and in turn how much demand they would have on their own guide). Amazon just asked on my order page if I would still like to keep my order, and that if I did not respond by June 13 then my order would be canceled. So, I’m guessing I won’t see it until June at the very least. For those who have the guide, is it worth getting? I’m starting to feel it might be obsolete with all of our updates already.

I don't have the guide, but I think some of the information that has come from it has been really good! Things like personality subtypes and hybrid guides won't go obsolete.

I have the guide, it’s really detailed. I think it’s worth it.

I'm in the same boat as you. I did the preorder on Amazon in March and had it get delayed twice. Now it says it'll be shipped May 21st but who knows. You just have to have patience even if it's running thin. I'm hoping they won't cancel, that's mean.

Just checked my Amazon order and sure enough, still pending. Maybe a couple more months? Hopefully...please

I have a feeling that the publisher did not print enough copies for the demand. That's probably why the months wait - they need to print more.

I'm tempted to cancel my order. Looking at the reviews on Amazon it seems like a few people who have gotten theirs already got defective copies with pages that are double printed and off center and I'd be so mad if I waited all this time and got something like that. Plus at this point I'm so far into the game that the $17 I paid for it might not even be worth the info in the book, especially since there's already been an update.
