ACNH 3.0 Update Out !!!!

I got Resetti to clear up a load of overgrown flowers and the game seems to be running better now. I heard somewhere that flowers lag more than regular items because they move in the wind
I find clearing the entire island with Resetti a lot faster for getting rid of every single flower, in my opinion. I was doing that for my third island, and even though most of my decorations were stored away, it still helped me show how much room and space I was missing on my island. To me, it was a game-changer because in the past, it would've taken me forever to dig up every flower, all because the shovels kept breaking.

Is it possible for tourist villagers to visit the homes of island residents? I am aware that the tourist villagers can visit facilities.

Hey everyone ☺️ I'm struggling to find info on how tourism works... if you decorate all eight hotel rooms, does that mean you have eight tourists wandering around your island every day? I'd like to have 3-4 walking around, but I think eight at once would make me feel like my island is being invaded haha.

I also read elsewhere that the number of tourists walking around is possibly tied to the amount of crafted items you give to Kapp'n - so even if you decorate eight rooms, you won't have the max of eight tourists unless you've given enough stuff to Kapp'n recently. Does anyone know if this is true? I guess it'd tie into what Kapp'n said about raising your island's profile... I thought that was just flavour text, but maybe the amount of crafts you ship actually makes a difference?

Yeah. My island is already lagging for the amount of stuff on the island (I have a Switch Lite). However, I have removed most now because I started to redecorate the island. But before than, whenever I go into the Hotel and exit from my pier it drops more than it usually is. Even with the new area I have put up it seems to happen whenever I leave the Hotel and that area isn't all that laggy (less furniture sitting there for now).

To fix it, I just go into another building and leave it.

I noticed this too! The lag wasn't like the regular "too much stuff" choppiness either, it was like the whole game slowed down, even the UI. Weird, hopefully it gets patched.

Okay, I don't know who at Nintendo thought this was a good idea, but The idea that you have to find Resetti wondering around your island if you want to use Reset Service is so dumb. I've spent like 15 minutes trying to find Resetti, but I'm still having trouble. Even after I talked to Isabelle, she just said, "He should be wandering around," which isn't helping me at all. Like, why can't Resetti spawn at the Plaza the second you call him? Why do we have to wander around to find him?

You know, he gives you that Transceiver when you want to restart an area on your island to call him? So why can't we keep that in our pockets if we're going to use it the next day without relying on Isabelle to keep calling him, forcing us to wander around? Now I know what some of you are going to say, "Just use the microphone." I want to be clear: I am playing on the Switch 1 version of ACNH, and the microphone is only on the Switch 2 edition.

I am sorry for ranting and complaining. I just needed to get this off my chest because, as much as I am enjoying the 3.0.0 update, this one was really bothering me.

That day count him as an special NPC visit island and if you found him you will get free service of that day, the other days just talk to Isabelle.
