I have a few silly questions about the digital copy. My question is when having both a physical and digital copy, is it possible for them interfere with each other? Are there any risks involved?

Can something happen to the other if one corrupts? Also, can both games be affected by time travel if the cartridge is either in or out of the system? I mean, is the closed game safe from time travel if it's turned back before opening? At no cost do want to put my current town at risk for corruption or a time travel mess, so I want to make sure it's perfectly safe to use both copies. While I'm on the subject, how does it go for owning/playing multiple physical copies on the same system and moving to/playing a current copy on a different 3DS?

No, they don't interfer with one another, they are 2 separate save files

No, they are 2 separate saves.

TTing will only affect the other game if they are on different dates and you forget to change the date back and load up the other game.

yep basically its fine as long as you change the date back before loading up the game.

You can own as many physical copies as you want, if you have 3 physical copies, thats basically 3 different save files.

the only thing that will interfer with each other is if Game 1 is on date Dec 12 and game 2 is on Jun 9, and you forget to change the dates to match the corresponding game.
