About to get my 3rd copy and I need some help...

I have one digital copy (Mallard) and one physical copy (Windly) I am however about to get my 3rd Physical copy. I just need help figuring out a name for a town. So what do you guys do to come up with town names? I named one Windly because well, I was outside playing and it was windy. lol and the other one because there was a duck on tv. I know real creative. lol I would just like some ideas, if you have any please share! Thanks!!

For some reason, the name Ponder came to mind. As in, you are pondering what to name your third town--a circumstantial name just like your other two town's names. You could maybe have a map with lots of ponds (if you like them), and your town's tune or theme song could be that Pondering song KK does. Maybe this idea is silly, but it's what sprang to mind.

For my second town I choose a name that kinda fit the theme I was going for (Purrling because all the residents will be cats in the end).
Also, you could try using a town name generator if you like. There are some nice names that fit the character limit.

I usually pick words based on the town theme or emotions I want the town to evoke.

hmm those are all good ideas and I just might use them when I reset. The copy that I purchased was used, and the person left their town on there and it's a Doctor Who themed town! One of my favorite shows! What are the chances?!?! So I think I am going to keep it that way for a while. It's an unfinished town, but it has quite the potential.

I named my town after my pet name for my significant other. I always find it's a sweet touch that makes me think of him and makes him happy to think I think so much of him to something even as little of a thing as that is because to him in means the world.
