About time travelling

I have three questions.

1) say if I saved my current status right now, can I time travel backwards without any villagers moving out or any shops degrading?

2) if I want to keep all of my villagers in my town and I talk to them all on the day I want to tt, could I time travel forward, say a year, without anyone moving?

3) if I saved my current status again, can I time travel backwards, to BEFORE the mayor even took office? what would happen? would that work?

1. time travelling backwards in any capacity does not affect villagers or shops

2. to time travel in bulk without any villagers moving, you must convince a villager to not move. say, if one of your villagers comes up to you and tells you theyre moving, say no, then youre free to time travel as much as you want with no neighbors moving away

3. yes you can do that, nothing weird will happen
