About plot resetting

This is first time plot resetting has been an absolute ball ache for me! I dont mind moving the house into different parts of town but this is the tenth try now and all the house is done is moved one space to the right twice and then once backwards and then back to its original placement, its not moving from that one area. Does this mean Im screwed?

If you are 100% sure there's nothing prohibiting the plot to set where you want it to,
it can still happen.
It can take hours though, I feel your pain.

No, you are not. The word is patience. I have managed 6 villagers on a "street". I have had some move in a space too far behind or in front (for so many attempts) but have kept going until I have had them where I want them.

It's random, I once had Rosie move to the exact same spot 10+ times. I thought I had accidentally logged into my mayor.

Well thats a relief Talking to rover is equally annoying, wish the train doors were left open -.-
