Aah, help me! :c

I need serious help with my dreamies - my dreamies ATM are Lolly, Fauna, Stitches, Cube, Leonardo, Ruby, Diana, Phoebe, Marshal, and Fang. I'm not really sure if I should have six Tier 1 villagers in one town, because that would feel really... bland. The problem is that I don't really want to make Lolly, Stitches, or Marshal. I wanted opinions on who in Tier 1 (Fauna or Fang) I should switch out, and right now I'm leaning more towards Fauna for either Poppy or Skye. I really love both Fauna and Fang a lot, so I'm stuck...

Also, after I get the Uchi PWPs, I'm probably going to get rid of Phoebe, because I don't really like Uchi that much. Any suggestions on who I should replace her with? (Can't be Normal or Lazy - I don't want three of the same personality in one town)

Well, if you wanted a different uchi, I believe Mira is one. She seems to be pretty popular and cool, even if she's not a tier 1 character

About your dreamies, if they make you happy, then by all means feel free. I personally like most villagers under tier 1 because it feels more unique to me. I see so many peoples villagers list and its always the same marshal, merengue, deer villagers, etc.

But you should do whatever makes you happy. Good luck with your decision

If those are your dreamies, who cares what tier they're in? It's only "bland" if you're worried that someone else will think they're bland because they're popular. It's your town. If you like those villagers and want those villagers, you should have those villagers. I have some tier 1s because I like them, and that's all that matters to me.

I like Fauna, Fang, Poppy and Skye, so I can't help much.

It doesn't matter how popular your dreamies are or whether or not they're "bland." All that matters is that you actually like them. Don't choose them just because they're popular and don't get rid of them just because their popular either. I think you should choose your dreamies based on your own personal preferences and disregard what anyone else has to say about it :3
Just replace Phoebe with a villager that you want. There are a lot of good ones out there... If you're not too picky or if you can't decide, you could just wait until you find a villager in your campsite that you find you want to keep. c:

What kind of design do you prefer in your villagers? There's so many that it's hard to suggest without knowing what you love and hate while looking at villager designs. We can offer suggestions but it's probably easier if you tell us what kind of villager you're looking for. You could also take a look at a full list of villagers and decide which ones you think are cute.

Also, don't worry so much about tiers. All they indicate is which villagers are popular in trading circles, not which villagers are better or worse. There's pros and cons to liking villagers from different tiers. If you like popular ones you may have to pay extra for them and the competition can be fierce. On the other hand, I personally like a lot of the unpopular villagers and they're really hard to find because it seems like most people just void them.

What's most important to you? Having a town full of villagers you really like even if they're popular, or having a town with less popular villagers you don't like as much?

If you're just getting bored of seeing the same faces all the time or want to give less popular villagers a chance that's great and those are good reasons to change your wishlist. However, you shouldn't have to feel like you must change your preferences just because they're popular.
