The Late Great Turt
So I had my first experience plot-resetting in my second town and it went surprisingly well! The first go around I forgot to switch the day so I kept asking myself where the plot was, but realized I hadn't moved the day up when I tt'd my mayor to 5:50 before making the new character... but once I got it right I only had to restart like four times to get Lucky right where I wanted him which was awesome!
But I have a question, does anybody know that if you see where someone has plotted in the follow-around on the start screen will they move if you turn off your 3DS? Has anybody tested this theory. I only ask because I often while doing other things will leave my 3DS open for the music and in my town I already have all 4 houses and characters and I do NOT want to delete them, so I mean if I watched the home screen and found where someone plotted, would they move if I turned it off, or went to home? Could this be a potential way around making another character?
Cause essentially that's what you're doing making the other character, is just seeing where they plot so you can save them there. Just a thought. I know it would take a lot longer than regular plot-resetting and the villagers don't always travel very far from their houses in the home screen.
