I made it so my orchard and perfect fruit tree is located close to pwps, rocks, small strip of land, etc, because it limits the space for their house. So far, so good. But...
I did have a very close encounter with Kid Cat at some point in time though. Luckily, he plotted his house right on the empty spot of my flowerbed where rare breeds were suppose to go (it was just the right size for his house and everything), so the only thing I lost was the space and a bit of uniformity for my flowers. I hope he isn't allergic to pollen because I ain't be moving my flowerbed. Jock villagers being surrounded by flowers idea is kinda cute, if not hilarious at the same time as well. xD
I designed my park area DIRECTLY after someone new moved in, and I quickly funded a Fountain to fill the center so that there was no space to ruin it with a house.
