A villager i asked to move in isn't appearing anywhere?

I have plot reset before and every time after 6 am i find their plot. With Fang moving in, i plot reset just like i always have and his plot isn't appearing. Did turning spotpass off cause me to lose him? And i've loaded 3 new characters and no luck finding him.

I'm afraid if i load my mayor up that his plot will appear somewhere bad :/
I'm loading up one more new person. If he's not there then i'll try that

Try TTing another day. There's times when a villager's house plot doesn't appear the next day. Also there's no need to do the load your game as 5:58am and wait 6am to load your new character to plot reset.

Oh that's the method i've always used and it's worked before. I'm about to load my mayor up

I find that a hassle. It's easier when you adopt a villager and just TT the day loading a new character and start plotting for there. hopefully fang's house plot appears now.

I ran around and i didn't see a plot so if he's not there tomorrow then me turning off spotpass after picking him up could have done something.

nothing to do spot pass. it will appear the next day or after. happen to me that a adopted villager of mine took more than three days to appear (can't remember the exact day it took) =)

is it a holiday? I believe villagers don't move in on holidays. Or, was someone in your town in boxes the same day that you adopted Fang?

Nope Lolly was out and maybe that's it because it's currently Toy Day in my town. I'll go forward another day.
