A Very Shiny Christmas!

I'll sign up, though I don't know what shiny to use... :/ I can work on getting another one, though the two I have are random encounters 
And yet, when somebody did a giveaway of ovre 520 eggs, mine still didn't come up once. Was just the same group of numbers across all the eggs.
I still say some SVs are much rarer than others because Nintendo did that in the past with shiny pokemon. I never found one in the past because my trainer name/ID combo generated an extremely rare number for pokemon to randomly generate. Result? I've never encountered wild shinies until 6th gen fishing method. It was a total fluke that I even managed to breed out a shiny fennekin after 12 eggs[note: I haven't had another successful breeding since{and yes, I use the mesuda method when breeding}]

You could still end up with more shinies than some people with "good numbers". The randomness of shinies in general nearly renders the "chance difference" between numbers pointless.
You either find a shiny or you don't, there isn't really much more to it.

It's good to see more people signing up, we have 10 participants now. I am on my final day of trying to hatch a high IV shiny Charmander, after today I'll be going for more interesting breeding for both the swap and Wonder Trade Wednesday (which for this week I am calling Stop Operation Zubat Storm). Hopefully I'll end up with a couple of shinies at least, but going by the last 2 weeks of failing to produce a shiny Charmander I won't be holding my breath...

Yay, well done Jinjiro! If you can edit one of your entry form answers (doesn't matter which one) just to include a line like "I have shiny xxxx for the swap" and let us know what you have, that would be a great help in deciding who to match you with.

No, PM me! I'll be doing the matchups, so if you already know which shiny you're giving AND you have already signed up, PM me. If you haven't already signed up you can just add what you've found to one of the text boxes on the form. We don't have a box specially for this and I don't think we can add one in now, so just add something like "I have a shiny xxxx for the swap".
Incidentally, even if you already have a shiny for the swap, and have let me know, you are not obligated to send that shiny IF you find something more suitable for your partner. Example: you already have a shiny Gastly for the swap, so I match you up with a partner who would really like a shiny Eevee and their favourite type is Dark. You find a shiny Eevee or a Sneasel before the trades happen. You can choose to send either the Eevee or the Sneasel rather than the Gastly if you prefer. Just so long as you let me know, just PM me.
