Buying A specific request 1000-1500 tbt

Hello, I'm looking to buy art.. but it's kind of a specific requests.. here we go:

I want my "mayor" drawn on top of my first FR dragon in the position as seen in the Neverending Story picture.

It's my favourite childhood movie and it would mean a lot to me.

I'm willing to offer up to 1,5k tbt (maybe more we can haggle).
So I'm going to be picky.... it can be chibi, anime, realistic, comic style.. I don't mind.. as long it looks good.

If you feel like doing this post some examples of your art below and a price.
