A simple question.

They're mainly the same.

Though Effort Value is the value needed to get a Effort Point.
Ex. You need 4 Effort values to get 1 Effort Point.

So 4 Effort Values = +1 in Stats? Because Serebii says that Starlies give you an Effort Point in Speed.

I think I just mixed them around. But yes, 4 Effort Points = +1 stat.

Awesome. How about if I put in the Power Anklet in my pokemon?

Starly = 1 EV
Starly + Power Anklet = 2 EVs?

Yep, and a Macho brace with it would be 4. So basically one pokemon equals a stat.
