Buying A signature and a pixel mayor profile pic

I'm not sure at all how to send reference images. So based on a description below I'd pay someone around 75tbt to create my profile pic of my mayor, Tsuki.
Hair- blonde bun
accessory- doctors mask
hair accessory- pink lily
eyes- blue normal eyes

For a signature I want to pay around 100-125tbt, I need a pink happy backround with my mayor, my dreamies (labelled which ones I have), and a little quote at the bottom saying 'silence is the best reply to a fool' you can link your shop or credit yourself at the bottom under the sig if you want ^^
