A scary incident at school.

Okay, today one of my friends got really hurt when school ended. I'll start from Language Arts. I'm not going to say names, just for privacy and such.

-2:34 PM School is over.

Teacher: No, your group cannot go. The floor is very messy.
Me: Oh my god!!! >:O I just cleaned--
Teacher: Okay, you can go.

I quickly grab my things and run to my locker as usual. Today, I found a surprise on the staircase. Let me give you a picture of what our staircase in school looks like.

This is the platform that goes to the bottom staircase, and the place where my friend fell.

As I ran into the staircase, I started to hear moaning. I looked over someone's head, and found my friend weeping laying in a pile in this spot.

I looked at his glasses, and they were shaped like this.

He looked me in the eye, and started bawling. I turned around to find 3 teachers rushing down the staircase. I left, knowing I would be late for the bus, and not wanting to be involved with the situation.

According to witnesses, he tripped as he ran down the stairs, and slammed into the red metal bars with plastic on them.

Sad? Right?
