A Question About Moving

Hi there... I wanted to know if there are some sort of villagers that won't move.. Let me explain what I mean..

I have Skye and I want her to move for a trade. She won't ping me...EVER. All my villagers (Except Skye and Whitney) WILL ping me. Is there something I'm missing for her to be in boxes?

What technique are you using to move her out? Befriending? Ignoring?

What worked for me was being REALLY good friends with them, talking to them everyday and doing requests. They WILL ping you eventually

*usually took me 3-4 days in AC.

Been using the TT two days forward and sometimes the diving suit one too. I am good friends with her, I think..

I think it's based on personality as well as friendship. My peppy villagers ping me more often (because they want to "see the world" whereas Fang, who's Cranky, has never once pinged me to move. Also villagers who you're closer friends with will ask to move more often, so maybe try and do things for Skye, send her letters etc.
