Judging from the current rates: 6IV Dittos are mass cloned in order to satisfy the Pokemon-breeding community. Its value has decreased slowly, due to more Dittos & less players. 150 TBT Bells is good.

I think 150 is slightly too low. 300 TBT seems like a perfect price to attract any sellers.
