So I've been wanting to make a horror town for a while... I was thinking about making a corpse party theme for a bit just for nerd's sake, but I'd honestly just want to make everything happy for the poor horror game kids, lol. Anyway... So it used to be a big discussion that horror towns used the same tactics over and over... One of the big ones being that people over-use murder situations etc. so I'm trying to come up with a few ideas--
I know that graveyard themes are over-used as well, but I would still like to make a theme based around death-- not necessarily an overly scary one... I have set up a ton of different mii masks, and a few characters where their names are read strangely--- like, I have "remember" backwards, so if you look into the reflection on the upper screen of your DS in the dark, it just says remember lit up--- Eh.. Anyway-- I'm not sure if I want it to be "OOH SCARY DEATH IS SCARY. LOOK AT THIS SCARY STUFF AND BLOOD" I was hoping to do a few different themes with perhaps the more frightening characters trying to comfort the departed, but obviously, their appearance and our innate feelings of fear towards the unknown would make this still rather un-nerving...
Does anyone have anything they'd particularly LIKE to see in a horror-esque town? Not sure if I want to actually do this, but I thought it could be fun! If nothing else, it'd be cool to see what everyone on here thinks is creepy etc~
