Hello! My name is Asarena, and I'll be your realtor today. Our agency has three beautiful homes for sale at the moment. Feel free to check them out and find the one that's best for you! Also, if you can't afford the cost of the home upfront, I'm sure Tom Nook will be happy to give you a loan and help you get a job at Nook's Cranny to pay it back. Okay, maybe not that last part. Anyway, these are the homes currently available:

う (Nov 26, 2021 at 1:57 PM EST)- 300 TBT?

ぶ (Nov 27, 2021 at 9:00 AM EST)- 1,100 TBT?

After consulting the Collectible Tier List, we have priced these homes at what we believe to be on the low side. However, we may be willing to sell them for even less! Don't be afraid to offer. Items may be accepted in place of TBT as well, depending on the item~

Looking through the tier list, items I'm interested in from relevant tiers (8-3) are a cherry from after Nov 27, 2021 at 11:01 AM EST, Pavé, Lobo, Mint, Jack, Pumpkin Cupcake, Ancient Candle, Candy Corn Egg, Spring Sakura, Ruby, Lucky, Orange Candy, Lump of Coal, Zombie Egg, Pierrot Candy, balloons from this year other than green(I already have a green one from this year), Bloodshot Potion, Swamp Potion, Kaleidoclover, Snow Bunny, White Star Fragment, Pink Star Fragment, Invader, Sheep Plush, Yule Log, Wix Candy, and Flick Egg.

And I think that's it for items that come before the dark blue house in the tier list! Items with dark backgrounds are my favorites, but cute items like plushies, villagers, and NPCs are nice as well

Let me see, out of those mentioned, I can offer a pumpkin cupcake, swamp potion (thankfully I have one spare) and candy corn egg and my current 400tbt. The combined value should be a little over 2.5k.

I do however feel very attached to my cupcake. Tomorrow I’ll be paid for a commission so I’ll be able to offer more tbt instead of the cupcake.

Unfortunately I have hardly any dark background collectibles.
