Hello! I (somehow) got Wisp on the day of the update without even trying to - lucky me! Before I use him, however, I have some questions. Any help would be appreciated!

1. Let's say you had a villager move out, do you still need to go through the 16 villager cycle before moving them in with Wisp?
2. Can you use the same lamp multiple/infinite times? If it is finite, how many times can you use it?

1. No.
2. Yes, only once a day. Though we haven't had it long to see but why wouldn't it be?

1. Amiibo villagers bypass the 16-villager cycle, so they move in the next day. If you have more than 10 villagers, Wisp will ask you which villager you want to force out (you pick!)

2. You can use the lamp once a day, to summon an amiibo to move in or play (campground) or get a random free item.

I'm sorry if I haven't answers your questions properly, I hope this helps somehow though :)

I have several retail cartridges. One town I am playing, now on amiibo, is Foster. The Snooty Wolf Whitney pinged for a move on July 29, 2016. (I am behind in time.) I stopped her from moving. The date she gave was not five but ten days. She mentioned August 8. I wonder if this is now the norm. If it is, it may be Nintendo sensing that people take more than a week in breaks at times.

I wondered about that, since O'Hare told me this morning he wanted to move on the 13th... I thought I had TT'd too much but I guess not! :P That's great!
