So...raffle tickets. There's been a bit of confusion whether buying more tickets is the same as buying less. I'm just here to put some random calculations so I look smart. Okay?
Judging from the amount of tickets sold as of now, I estimate about 698 wand tickets will be sold and 341 popper tickets are sold. Okay, we got numbers that I totally did not make up.
We put them into the fraction based of the numerators (or the amount of tickets YOU, yes you, bought) to the denominator (the amount of tickets that are bought for everyone) While I can't do every combination, I'll try with the values of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 60.
So for the wand, we get the 1/698. HOLD ON! You bought one so it goes up by 699. Now you have a 0.143% Incredibly slim, I know
For 2 tickets, it's 2/700 technically so your chances are 0.286%. It goes up by one, that's good I guess. 
Next is 5 tickets, 5/703 and so forth. Here ya go!
1 = 0.143%
2 = 0.286%
5 = 0.711%
10 = 1.412%
20 = 2.786%
60 = 7.916%
So yep, you do get better chances although they aren't the best chances. There's only one winner so that 7.9% may not work. :/
So for the poppers, here ya go! Remember there are 5 winners so basically your chances can be even better! I'm only showing if they work with 1 gamble.
1 = 0.292%
2 = 0.583%
5 = 1.445%
10 = 2.849%
20 = 5.540%
60 = 14.963%
So yep, you do get better chances. They are somewhat good chances if you went all in.
