Oh I never really care about how their house looks outside, I like how different each house is its cute.

I sometimes can't even recognize the houses of peeps I have when I see them in a dream. I don't care about it. I don't even care about the inside. If I did, I'd kick Chief and his dumb robo-furniture out. But, I like him so I don't care if his house is kind of dumb (it looks fine from the outside). I have the hated Jitters (I like him), and I'm sure his barbed wire fence wouldn't help his case.

That doesn't mean I can't like the inside of homes with classy decorators. Fang and Pekoe have really nice houses. Tom's is pretty nice, too.

it doesn't affect my decision, but i definitely do love some more than others! pompom's house is so plain, but i love her to pieces ;u; and, yes, i'm with gizmodo, i visited my friend's town and she has timbra..... the bright colours are so super cute and so is she!!

Beau and marina both have really cute houses but I don't like marshals and zells.
I wouldn't not have them though.

I don't care about what my villagers' houses look like. But I do love the different smoke patterns when someone's inside their house. ^_^

Their houses affect my decision quite a bit. I'm a bit irked at those with strange fence/roof/etc. combos but otherwise it's fine.

I pretty much picked my dream neighbors mostly with their house exteriors in mind. I'm putting a lot of my villagers' houses close together (to free up space elsewhere for landscaping), and I thought it would look best if they all kind of matched together well and had a similar aesthetic. Picking my dream villagers this way works for me because I'm not really picky about only having the cutest villagers in my town. I can usually get attached to almost any villager.

By this I mean, did you ever obtain a dreamie, look at their exterior house design, and think (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ?

An example of this would be Julian, I love him to bits, but his house's metal fence really clashes with my pastel theme. I won't ever let him go, but if any of my future dreamies have the same fence design, I'll probably let them go.

And also, do you have a favourite villager whose exterior house design you love? I love Marshal's exterior house. It looks so clean and modern!

it's a factor, but obviously i wouldn't give up a villager just because of its exterior or interior. well maybe interior, but only if it isn't really cool. i think merengue's house is the coolest one i've seen so far.

House designs don't affect my decision, but it's more of the issue of WHERE it is... I do like to look at the designs though.

I really love Renee's exterior. The little smoke coming out from the front wall.
Plus it's purple and pink: a good colour combo.

I never really cared tbh, but it's their furniture inside that seems a bit off...
