5. She lives by the re-tail so once we're done you can just run down to her ( Don't trample my blue pansies please! )
6. DO NOT make ridiculous bids. Last auction went to 80 million and I don't need that many bells.
7. Ask questions on the thread, don't pm me.

Min Increase : 500k
Buyout : 20 mil

If it goes over buyout I will set a new buyout.
