Buying 70 million IGB (to borrow)

I currently have around 30 million IGB in my bank account, and to get the gold bell badge and ABD I need 1 billion in my account. I'm looking to borrow 70 million igb to accomplish this. Of course, you'll get your bells back after. I can pay in TBT. Thanks!

The thing about bell trade is that it's time consuming. Usually it takes a few more hours to complete 50 mil bell trade, if it's the method like one drops off and the other picks up. You're going to give it back afterwards so it'll take double of time.

If you don't find any help with borrowing, wouldn't it be better buying turnips? If you're gonna spend that much time for the badge, by selling nips you'll get trader badge too. And it'll leave 100 mil in your bank account which you could sell to people who are looking for bell exchange. Killing 3 birds with 1 stone.
My main town is buying it at nearly 600 and I can leave my gates open for you. We'd need to set the time for that though. Lmk if you like. c:

Sorry, I can't accept. I don't need to borrow TBT, so if I gave it back I would gain no use of it. Thank you for considering the offer, however.
